Retreat Dordogne – November through to March
This is the time of year when it is great to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy lives. We offer a quiet retreat where you can come spend some quiet time. Whether you want to study, write, meditate, or just have a quiet time to clear your head and be mindful, we can offer you the perfect place to do this. The door is open for you to come and go as you please, but of course you are welcome to just stay and relax.
You may just simply want to get away from it all and find a space to recharge your batteries, we are happy to create that space.
You may want to practice Mindfulness alone or with Denise, appreciating and be aware of yourself, where you are now, in this moment, internally and externally. Stopping and grounding yourself and understanding in all the mayhem what is important.
Sit in the Garden, take a walk in the woods, maybe down to the river, whatever the weather, sunny, misty, frosty, the scenery is beautiful. In the colder months we have log burners and fires to keep you cosy.
At Retreat Dordogne, your time is your own, we will not bother you, this is your time and you need to use for your own purpose. The aim is that you leave feeing you have accomplished something, clearing your mind, completing study, continuing with your writing, or simply practising your meditation or mindfulness, whatever your reason to visit we will ensure you have a quiet and calm place to stay.
The Retreat package is on a full board basis, we will provide you with three tasty meals, throughout the day. Please let us know of any dietary requirements in advance. You can decide how long you want to stay, however to get the full benefit of a Retreat we ask for a minimum of three nights.
